Waterside Place at Lakewood Ranch is a regional waterfront destination located in the Sarasota County village of Waterside. The town center includes apartments, restaurants, retail shops, and offices. White Eagle Shopping Center is located between Pope Road and White Eagle Blvd., along SR 64. Anchoring the retail center is a new Publix, with additional businesses opening soon.
